DriftOff does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All preferences, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device.
We have no analytics, no tracking, and no ads. Your listening habits stay on your device.
All app data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. Deleting the app will permanently delete all your data.
We do not use cloud sync, analytics services, or tracking SDKs.
RevenueCat: Used solely to manage subscription status using an anonymous device identifier. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt data to validate your subscription. Their privacy policy (revenuecat.com/privacy) applies to purchase-related data.
We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, social media SDKs, or any other third-party data collection services.
DriftOff may use local notifications for sleep timer functionality. Notification data is processed entirely on your device. We do not use remote push notification services or collect notification interaction data.
DriftOff is available for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect any information from children or any other users, as the app does not collect data at all.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your personal data at all times.
Right to Access: All your data is visible within the app.
Right to Deletion: You can delete all data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.
Right to Portability: Your data is stored on your device and is not held by us.
No Data Sales: We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
For California residents (CCPA): We do not collect personal information as defined under the CCPA beyond what is stored locally on your device. We do not sell personal information.
For EU/EEA residents (GDPR): As all data is processed and stored locally on your device, no personal data is transferred to or processed by us. The legal basis for any data processing performed by RevenueCat for subscription management is contract performance.
All data is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed. We do not retain any data on our servers. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
